How do I sign up to get the applications and study materials for the Northern & Southern District Bar Examinations?

Download and complete the enrollment form and mail it the Federal Bar Review at the address listed on the form. Please do not use a P.O. box unless it is large enough to hold a 300 page book. Do not forget to enclose a check or money order for $350. FBR will not send out any materials unless the form is signed and dated at the bottom.
