Requirements for Admission
How hard is it to obtain admission into the federal
jurisdictions?
Obtaining admission into all of the jurisdictions listed
above, except for the Northern & Southern Districts of Florida,
is as simple as:
- Filling
out a short application, 2 pages maximum
- Obtaining
two sponsors already admitted in that jurisdiction to
attest, or sign off, that you possess the requisite candor
for admission into that jurisdiction.
- Sending
that notarized application to the clerks office with a
check, for as low as $50 and as high as $75.
- Refer
to our Florida Admissions Bar Chart for the exact requirements
of each jurisdiction.
What about the United States District Court, Northern
and Southern Districts of Florida?
The United States District Court, Northern & Southern Districts
of Florida require that you take and successfully pass an
examination for each District in order to gain admission
into its bar.
